“Churros con chocolate” is a typical sweet dish of the Spanish gastronomy. Well, they taste sooo good that today they have spread to many countries like Chile, Argentina, Uruguay, Mexico and Venezuela. No surprise: it turns out to be a delicious meal that mixes the sweet bitterness of hot chocolate with the texture and sugar of crunchy churros.
In Spain they are usually eaten for breakfast or as a snack in the afternoon and are very typical during the cold winter months. We went to the famous Petritxol street, where there are still traditional cafes, where you can try the athentic cup of chocolate with some churros. Ñamiii!
