July was a month to remember here at Linguaschools Granada. Spain won the World Cup, and we saw the city came alive with celebration.
There’s nothing like watching a match in Spain during a moment like this; the streets fill with energy, and for a little while, everyone becomes part of the same team, and cheer for the same dream. ❤️
Our students got to live this celebration firsthand: following every match, feeling the tension build with each play, and celebrating the final victory together with locals.
Moments like these are what make learning a language so much more than grammar and vocabulary, they’re about being part of something bigger, sharing an experience that brings a whole country together. Our students didn’t just learn Spanish this July; they lived it, cheering, laughing, and celebrating like true Spaniards! They got a masterclass in Spanish passion, joy, and community spirit, the kind of lesson that no textbook can teach. 🎉⚽
But not every part of July was about celebration. It was also a month of goodbyes. Throughout the month, we said “hasta pronto” to many students who had spent weeks, or even months, studying, growing, and building friendships with us here in Granada. Every goodbye carries a mix of emotions: pride in how far they’ve come, and a quiet sadness in seeing them go.
Still, we choose to see these moments not as endings, but as “see you soons.” Because once someone becomes part of our school community, they stay a part of it, carrying a piece of Granada with them, wherever they go next.
July reminded us of something we already knew: that language learning isn’t just about a classroom. It’s about shared victories, shared emotions, and the people who make the experience unforgettable.
This is what you’ll experience if you join us in any of our courses. Are you planning to join us soon? 😍
