Valencia has many beautiful and interesting places to visit. However, one of the great advantages that make this city one of the best to learn Spanish is its excellent connections with other regions and towns.
At Linguaschools Valencia, we know that our students love to take advantage of their stay in Spain to get to know many places. Therefore, last weekend we organized an excursion to the city of Sagunto, located only half an hour from Valencia.
Sagunto was one of the most important Mediterranean cities during Roman times. At present, it still has some monuments and buildings from this period that you can visit. The ones that stand out are the castle and the Roman theater.
It was a very fun day when our students were able to sightsee while they learned about Roman culture and put their Spanish into practice!
