To fully learn a language not only need you to study it, but also to get to know the culture. At Linguaschools Valencia, we know that this is one of the most important points when it comes to mastering Spanish so we want our students to be immersed in the culture of the country that welcomes them.
One of the most characteristic cultural components of Spain is social life. Spaniards love to spend time with friends and meet other people. Usually, these meetings involve some kind of gastronomic element. That’s why at Linguaschools Valencia we’ve organized a sangria workshop in which our students have been able to learn how to make this typical Spanish drink.
Sangria is a soft drink made with wine, sugar, lemon, and fruits. It’s undoubtedly the most famous drink in Spain and it’s especially drunk in summer. In our last workshop, our students learned to prepare sangria and spent a fun afternoon meeting other students at the school. It was a wonderful afternoon!
